I love yoga and am passionate to share all I know with fellow yoga enthusiasts. I've studied with some amazing teachers - why not study with the best of the best. I teach all level to beginner to advanced. I teach traditional Hatha yoga and also vinyasa flow. I have over 1500 hours in teacher training with Dharma Mittra, Rusty Wells, and Radiantly Alive, and Science of Self. I have been influenced and encourage by many other astounding yogis and try to keep learning as much as I can. I am a Bhakti yogi who loves to sing to God and lead chanting and mantra.
I am completely comfortable teaching large groups and one on one classes and have taught for over 5 years and practiced for ten. I teach all levels and really like to tailor private classes to the individual. I also practice Thai yoga massage and enjoy combining a yoga class with a bodywork session.
