Sam Dahl Yoga
About
I have a passion for sharing the yoga practice and all of its benefits with my community. My passion for the teachings is coupled with experience. I have been practicing yoga for 12 years, and teaching for 6 years. I am versatile in my offerings. I have experience in teaching power yoga/high intensity movement, gentle/foundations of yoga session, deep restorative stretching and traditional hot yoga, as well as the ability to dive into more spiritual, ethical and energetic side of the teachings. It is my goal to full understand my students goals and interest and tailor my teachings towards that.
I enjoy those lightbulb moments for my students when something clicks. I love hearing about chronic pain reducing or being eliminated (with a steady consistent practice of course). I enjoy diving into the teaching, and also, having fun! Deep seeded in the yoga practice is the importance of meditation and concentration, but also not taking yourself too seriously. Yoga found me at one of my lowest points, and truly changed my life, so it brings me immense joy to share that with others.
