About
I teach hatha yoga that emphasizes dynamic movement and breath. If students are interested in meditation or chanting practices, I also work that in to lessons. I meet you where you're at. Your yoga practice is meant to serve you, so we'll work together in order to design the ideal practice for your mental and physical needs.
I studied in various yoga traditions for 10 years before pursuing my yoga teacher training. I've practiced Iyengar, Anusara, vinyasa flow, the Modo method, restorative, and yin. When I decided to teach, I became a student in the ParaYoga tradition, which embraces the integration of yoga, ayurveda, and tantra to achieve well-being and balance. My classes are inspired by ParaYoga's well-rounded approach to practice.
