I enjoy getting to know people in one-on-one capacity or small group lessons to offer a holistic approach that blends embodied practices like posture, breath work, sensational awareness and meditation. Through applied modern day bio-psycho-social studies and the traditional wisdom of yogic mindfulness, I love providing experiences that bring people home to their most authentic ground of being where their power of now resides.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initial consultations include intake paperwork and with permission perhaps a postural and breath assessment that may shed light on biomechanics and baseline breathing patterns. We will discuss relevent medical history such as injuries that may shed light on contraindications, modifications and therapeutic sequences. Individually integrated exercises are then developed accordingly with a client's unique needs and objectives.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have a one size fits all pricing because I do not provide one size fits all yoga. Standard pricing systems for lessons limit accessibility of yoga for all bodies and I prefer to work on a sliding scale basis. Please message me if you are curious about the quality of my services.
How did you get started teaching?
After completion of my second training with Corepower, I was enticed into teaching with the promise of unlimited yoga! I enrolled in my first teacher trainings purely out of my own desire to learn more about the practice that had such a profound affect on me. Today, I am proud to integrate and share that practice.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with various individuals and communities including but not limited to: women's groups, children, seniors, athletes, social workers, LGBTQ+, trauma sensitive populations, injured bodies with limited ROM or medical contraindications, chronic pain and addiction warriors, bachelorette parties, birthdays and special events, corporate events, martial artists, rock climbers, individuals or couples wanting to learn acro, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently had a blast trying paddleboard acro yoga for the first time! Despite falling into the water a bunch of times, I really enjoyed myself and found that my time practicing on a balance board and doing land acro yoga paid off.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask them how often they practice :) We can only meet others so far as we have met ourselves.
