To feel confident and enpowered in body, mind, and spirit and building confidence and self esteem in my students is a tip top priority. To feel resilience in mind, body and spirit, and buiding a good foundation for life.
I love helping people feel enpowered and strong in their bodies, and also in their mind. I use the tools of both mindset and mindfulness to help you achive goals, and keep a healthy lifestyle for life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have an interview for new clients and thorough assesemnts, on health history, any past injuries, nutrition, and eating patterns, sleep, what current lifestyle is, and what it is they are wanting to achieve. From there, I make a wellness program suited for the needs of the individual. I have an optimist mindset, and use enthusiasm, enpowerment, and as well as an empathic approach (especially if you have experienced setbacks, loss, or needing encouragement.) I do help enpower you to do your homework so you feel enpowered, and more confident in your ability to succeed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified ERYT Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness/Meditation teacher who has work/study in India and U.S. ceus.
