Meeting and getting to know each other.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Amateur boxing experience and herbalist and nutrition Certifications. I am also in progress of finishing a certification for personal trainer


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$40.00 a day, $75.00 for 2 days or $100.00 for 3 days a week


How did you get started teaching?

I started with my two sons, and other young men and women in my community. I simply want to see others as the Bible states, ..."prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth". 


What types of students have you worked with?

Mostly adolescents and young men. For both sports and fitness. I desire to be a blessing for our elderly as well. 


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Tre, a freshman football player struggled with his weight. Now he is a stronger more fit junior with a opportunity to get a scholarship. Just simply proud of this kid, happy and joyful to be part of his success.


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Can you trust this person. Do they have the personality and skills to help me win in life. Understand their goals for your individual needs.


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Just know what you want and then ask if they are able meet those expectations.
