What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I lead students of all levels through a strong, accessible practice to create empowerment on and off the mat. A non-judgment zone is always secured while students of all levels grow into their practices more and more every time they step on their mat.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my 200RYT certification through Baptiste Yoga.
How did you get started teaching?
My mother instilled the importance of yoga in me while growing up with her as a teacher. Inspired by her and my love for the practice, I became a registered yoga teacher on my own in the summer of 2016.
