Starfish Yoga
About
At Starfish Yoga we focus on the individual needs of each student. We blend Hatha and Raja yoga to offer both injury rehabilitation and prevention. We also have guided meditations to help settle the student's energy in this demanding world. Yoga is for everyone, and we meet each student where they are on their unique and individual path.

I originally started teaching yoga to the football team at the high school where I taught English.

I have worked with high school athletes, the elderly, special needs students, and general population individuals who want to obtain fitness goals, rehabilitate and prevent injuries, cancer patients, and first responders.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Communicate your goals to the teacher so that he/she knows the results you are expecting along with where you are in your yoga journey.
