My passion is focusing on the foundation with my athletes. Most athletes have some sort of difficiency or imbalance in their body that can lead to injuries. I put extra time and attention on rooting those imbalances out, which will translate into improved performance and productivity.
I enjoy the pure energy that athletes bring. That energy can be an extreme level of excitement, or it can be extremely lax. As a professional, I enjoy being challenged by my athletes to be flexible and adapt to whatever situation comes up.
