I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching for 7. I am also a certified Health Coach, and have experience with flexibility training, specifically PNF stretching. I teach mostly private lessons or small groups of 2 to 4. I currently teach twice a week at a studio down town, and a private school on the west side. Yoga has been very beneficial to my health amd well being. I believe yoga is for everyone and I teach yoga in a way that makes it accessible. Lets talk about your yoga practice!

She is knowledgeable and experienced with yoga and how to teach. She has the care and skill to smoothly adapt each class to what her students need that day. I can tell the difference in my week the rare times I miss a class.
I talk to them about their practice, and goals they may have, and discuss any injuries or physical limitations. I will sequence the classes for each student, specifically.
