I had been working out most of my adult life, so I was fairly fit, but I couldn't say I was pleased with my body. I can't remember a time when I didn't believe I could stand to lose 5 or 10 more pounds. Most women between the age of 18-65 share that common theme. It appears to be permanently etched in our minds. I'm sure there are a lot of women who were like me, from size 2 thru 22 and beyond, who wished they could find a great pair of jeans that didn't include the proverbial "MUFFIN TOP." How did you get started teaching?

Retiring from professional sports after a 10-year career, I was offered the opportunity to become a collegiate Strength & Conditioning coach for 18 different sports at Texas Southern University. This leads me into my own private fitness profession, successfully for the last 15 years beginning in 2006.


What types of students have you worked with?

I work with everyone, from pro athletes to 5-year-olds, developing programs to accommodate their specific fitness needs.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I was the flexibility Coach for the 2018 Houston Chevron Marathon, with over 400 participants following my pre-competition flexibility program.
