I strive to create yoga classes that are accessible to all levels, from beginner to seasoned yogi. I've been practicing since 2005; teaching since 2015. I'm passionate about yoga and all the benefits that can come from mindful movement and conscious breath - I've experienced them first hand! Most of my teaching up until now has been in the form of studio classes, but I have also worked with a number of private clients to help focus more specifically on an individual practice. And I love music! I believe a great playlist can truly transform a yoga practice - taking it from something you DO to something you FEEL. I'm interested in the entire yoga experience, and I want to pass that on to all my students.

I offer private lesson packages, which is a less expensive way to commit to your practice and set attainable, personal goals. Also, we can work out what location/ date/ time are best and go from there. Once a student decides HOW they want to yoga, then we can discuss the WHY... what are you looking to get out of this practice? What parts of your body or mind do you want to focus on most?
I have my RYT-200 (200 hour yoga teaching) certification & carry my own liability insurance. In addition to this, I've also taken several human anatomy/ physiology/ kinesiology courses that have significantly improved my knowledge of the body and it's movements.
Yes. Individual private lessons are $65/ hour (for up to 3 students). Packages offer discounted lesson rates and I sell these in 5, 10, and 20 class packs. 5 class packs are $295 ($30 savings). 10 class packs are $530 ($100 savings). 20 class packs are $940 ($360 savings). Packages do not expire, so you're able to build a plan that suits your life best.
