My approach to teaching yoga makes the practice accessible to anyone!
Anybody, no matter your fitness or mobility levels can practice yoga. We all benefit from moving mindfully, breathing deeply, sitting still and relaxing.
I use props such as blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, chairs and wall to make the practice accessible.
Each class is designed around your needs and aims.
What I enjoy most about my work is seeing how the yoga expands my client's lives. It might manifest in a deeper breath, non-attachment to a busy mind, being more fully present in their bodies, increasing range of motion, stability and strength.
Anybody can practice yoga! Please do not shy away from the practice because of pictures you might have seen of young, lean, acrobatic people in crazy contorted poses and your mind goes: I can't do that!
Trust me - you can! :)

*Students should be on similar levels in their practice
Each session is 60 minutes and includes Meditation (mindfulness), Movement (asana), Pranayama (breath work) and Relaxation (savasana).
