In each yoga class, I want you to have a good time. I want yoga to become a class of effortless ease. You may have a short experience with mantra meditation, guided meditation, visualization meditation, and/or body scan meditation at the end of the yoga session. Just remember, there is no right way or wrong way to meditate. We will inhale peace and exhale junk we do not need or want. We will focus on the present moment. Most importantly, we will smile and have a wonderful time. Take outdoor yoga classes with me at parks or beaches; this reconnection to nature will help you more than you know. I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I am a professor, and I use my teaching skills to create a meaningful and individualized program for you.
