About
I have been coaching football, basketball, track and teaching physical education for the past 10 years in Fort Bend Independent School District. I have had the pleasure of training athletes that range in age from elementary age students to college level athletes.
I have my most experience working with middle school aged students/athletes and that is where I have the bulk of my teaching experience.
I have a great appreciation for the role sports play in developing student athletes and am grateful to be able to impact and help student athletes reach their goals.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I like to consult with the client and see what his or her goals are and then design a workout plan that will help them to reach these goals. The actual workout would first consist of a warm up and stretching exercises for about 10 minutes, then we would go into the actual workout phase which would be about 30-40 minutes long. While this part of the workout is going on I will also be talking with the athlete letting them know what this particular drill is working on and giving them feedback on how they are doing. Lastly, there is a cool down exercise that lasts about 10 minutes followed by a short debriefing with the athlete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in sports my entire life. I played both football and track in high school where I attended James Madison High school in Houston Texas, earning all district honors as a senior defensive back. I went on to play college at Texas Southern University as a defensive back where I competed for 4 years on the football field and also earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Masters in Education Administration.
