Over 8 years of Yoga practice and 4 years of Yoga instruction with achievements in different countries including India, Nepal, Belgium, Italy and Colombia.

I enjoy inspiring others to meet long-term goals and improve their wellness through yoga.

My teaching style demonstrates dedication to fostering a positive learning environment to all students and maximizing individual student performance. I thrive to excel as a Yoga instructor and take pride in my ability to help individuals achieve mental and physical.
