I am certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Bikram Yoga, and The MELT Method. I also have a 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certification. I have been teaching yoga and myofascial techniques for over 6 years.
I am also a runner and cyclist, giving me a unique understanding of various sports body challenges.
