
Hi! My name is Emily. I am a yoga instructor and a health and wellness coach. I have my Masters in Nutrition. I work with individuals to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. I do not believe in dieting, but rather take a more holistic approach to educate and empower clients to create healthy habits that lead to life long changes in their life and health. Health is so much more than nutrition and exercise, so I work to address many other aspects of life including sleep, stress, relationships and mindset!
I love helping clients look and feel their best through simple lifestyle changes. It is always exciting to help breakdown old habits and create new ones that really create positive change in someone's life!

I work with clients in person and virtually, and sometimes a combination of both!
For all new clients, I offer a free 15 minute phone session so we can get to know each other. I ask questions to learn about you and your goals and expectations. Then I tell you a bit about myself and what I do.
Each client has their own goals and timeline, so each session is personalized to meet these unique needs. I work closely with each client to develop a plan of action best suited for them.
I have my Bachelors and Masters degree in Nutrition. I worked for many years in Nutrition Research before I decided I wanted to work with individuals to help them get and stay healthy.
I work with all sorts of clients, but mostly work with women looking to create healthy and holistic lifestyle changes to achieve their goals.
