Because I am also a Heath Coach and Hypnotist I include health coaching sessions and guided visualization/meditations in my packages to help my clients achieve their goals by address not only the physical aspects but also nutritional and mental. The yoga studio and gym that I teach at also has a juice and smoothie bar and a juice or smoothie from the juice bar is included in the price of sessions.
I absolutely love seeing the transformations that can happen when someone commits to making a change of learning something new. I am a strong advocate for self care and self love so I consider it my mission to help others along that path.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a free hour long consultation in order to establish goals and find starting point.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified fitness trainer and health coach and yoga teacher. I teach classes and train one on one. I’ve been in the fitness industry for the past 8 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Group Classes are typically $15-$20 with a juice or smoothie from the juice bar at our yoga studio included. For a personal yoga session or fitness training session prices are from $40-60 and I do have discount packages for 5 or more sessions.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started because fitness and healthy eating have always been a passion of mine and I decided to get certified so that I could share my passion with others.
What types of students have you worked with?
I typically work with women ages 25-60
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a teacher who will listen to you and take the time to learn what your personal goals, needs, and desires and who creates a plan based on what you need. Also find someone who you can connect with and feel comfortable with.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Find out what your “why” is.
