About
Tracey Souza, RYT 200 Yoga Instructor has an Associates degree in Anthropology from San Antonio College, and has been practicing yoga for 18 years. I decided to further my education and awareness in yoga by enrolling in a 200 hour teacher training program. I know and live that the daily practice of yoga is the key element of who you are in mind, body and spirit. In the truth of believing that this discipline can help others reach their full potential, along with a positive lifestyle, healthy diet and "Unity."
My Gentle Hatha Yoga/Restorative is a fabulous class for seniors, as well as all levels of yogi's and all new to yoga. For it nourishes to individuals who have limited limberness, limits of movement, and anyone suffering from illnesses or who have been injured. Also, a wonderful class for the "Expectant Mothers," my classes focus on very easy asanas(poses) to gently stretch and strengthen all parts of the body, including messaging internal organs and increases the flow of oxygen throughout the body. Instruction is given to basic alignment and modifying techniques, "All Poses!"
"I so Love practicing Yoga and uniting people to find peace of mind in their lives!!!"
