Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I enjoy creating a customize yoga plan for my clients in both a group or class setting, and for private clients. I focus on the physical, mental and spiritual aspects that a group or individual client want to improve upon. Through yoga, we can develop a personalized practice that allows you to connect the body, mind and spirit through asanas (poses), movement and breath.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2013 I completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training and received my RYT certification. I have been teaching classes and private clients since then.

How did you get started teaching?
My journey with yoga began in college. I took a yoga class for credit and fell in love with it instantly. I continued to take yoga classes at YogaYoga in Austin and it began to help me transform my life. After having my first child and moving to Ohio, I knew that I wanted to continue my journey with yoga and signed up for a yoga certification class in Greenville, Ohio. The yoga teacher training experience was amazing and I grew so much as an individual. Our family moved back to Texas and settled in San Antonio. I have loved teaching yoga and am excited to share my passion with others in the San Antonio community.
