I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor in San Antonio, Tx. I have taught kids yoga at several different camps, karma or donation based classes at Yoga studios and also a beginners class at a dance studio. My goal as a teacher is to help students feel safe and grounded through their breath and mindful movement. The class as a whole is very therapeutic and strength building. I have designed a class for beginners and anyone searching for a recovery or an awakening of their mind, body and soul.
I don't practice Yoga on the mat as much as I would like to, but I believe the most important thing is to practice off the mat and into the real world. There's a saying I live by to remind me that my reaction to toxic people or things can take away my suffering from them and that is: "Kindness is not weakness" said by Hayley Williams, lead singer of the band Paramore. I discovered that Yoga is kind in that you are doing something good for your body and mind. I love to help people find their strength and see their light and love that surrounds them. By simply practicing mindful thinking on the mat, it can carry on with you when you are living your everyday life and it's a beautiful feeling to know that you have something like yoga to keep you grounded.

I first like to start with an introduction class, which consist of basic foundation skills and knowledge. Then I can build from there depending on the level of the student.
