Brickhouse Athletic Training is based on the following:
* Strength & Conditioning which consists of solid style of warm-up, performance, strength, core & conditioning, skill training offense and defense and a cool-down stretch.
We are certified trainers who has over 15 years in playing football. We will guide and motivates every step.
