Sahaja Yoga is a form of meditation that gets you in touch with your inner self it was introduced by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970. This meditation has taught me so many positive things about myself that it would be hard to describe all of it in words but the main thing is that you experience it for yourself because words cant fully explain. It is a great way to explore yourself deeper without harming yourself or taking unknown risks to develop spiritual growth. Give it a try and you will see what im talking about.😁😁

Meditation practice is all about centering yourself. It’s a new way to live for me. I now understand what it means to embrace life in the moment. It’s amazing. Thank you for this wonderful gift. Pia
