As a yoga and meditation instructor and spiritual counselor in Locust Grove, VA, my goal is to help children with or without special needs and adults to connect to their Universal Mind and to fight mental challenges through repetitive stretching exercises, poses, creative guided meditations, sound healing, crystal healing and spiritual healing sessions! Each one of us is gifted with our own unique purpose and passions. As children of this Universe, society tends to block our knowledge of the Truth, which allows ourselves to forget who we are and what our purpose is. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A simple greeting through email or phone. Getting to know the student and their desired outcome! Set up a time and location and then sign the waiver!

200 hr YTT, metaphysical practitioner, ordained minister, case managment
Education:
bachelors in metaphysical sciences from The University of Metaphysics and currently working towards a bachelors in family consumer studies from The University of Utah
