What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Meet and discuss their needs, their concerns, ailments that I need to be aware of. I hold a class and if our vibe/energy matches and both parties has the option to move forward to future classes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 200-hr RYT certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
1st lesson for 1:1 is $60 and pricing is negotiable for future classes.
How did you get started teaching?
I always wanted to teach and have been practicing yoga since 2000. When I moved to Salt Lake City, I had the opportunity and have been teaching since 2017.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all ages with different levels. I also offer yoga to the community to give access to those who cannot go to yoga studios.
