I teach Ashtanga based yoga which is an ancient practice. This flow encourages body alignment, flexibility and strength. Incorporated into every practice is a meditation to encourage presence and helps rid of anxieties and stress in the body and mind.
I specialize in adapting and modifying asanas to injuries and/or tightness. There is no body that can’t enjoy the benefits of yoga.
I love seeing the progression of healing in my students as I teach yoga. It not only has helped me in incredible ways, but has influenced many lives for the healthier and happier:)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first like to get to know your background of body and mental wellness so I may get an idea of how to cater the practice to you. Then we start with the very basics! Breath.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga teaching certification as well as a year of interning some of Utah’s well known gurus. I’ve been teaching for about three years and practice daily on my own.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Depending on the extent of teaching... hourly yoga classes, Sanskrit (language of Ashtanga) and so on, my class rates are negotiable to fit the students needs and my own.
