About
I received my initial 200 hour yoga teacher training in Salt Lake City in 2019. My 300 hour teacher training was later that same year in Rishikesh India where I spent a month in immersion training. It was in India that I trained in various yoga, meditation, Himalayan kundalini and breathwork techniques. Through these practices I have found a foundation for well-being and I am excited to share with all who are interested. This has become my main focus in teaching as well as in my daily practice.
I welcome students who are new to yoga, meditation, kundalini and breathwork. I believe you will find my approach comfortable and relevant in your day to day life. Strength and mobility, calming the overactive mind and a general sense of well being are among the many benefits my clients have seen. With regular practice you will find gradual shifts in the body, mind, and soul.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before meeting I conduct a brief telephone interview to get a general idea of what the student wants out of the sessions. On our first meeting we typically begin with the basics of meditation, breathwork, kundalini and asana. The class will be designed with the individual in mind and catered to their level of experience and interests. I will then send the student home with a basic practice that they can do daily until our next meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my initial 200 hour yoga teacher training in Utah. I then received my 300 hour yoga & meditation teacher training in Rishikesh India. In 2021 I did a master teacher training with my teacher in India. This was to deepen my own practice as well as expand what I am able to offer my students.
