About
Hello! I’ve been teaching since 2015. I am 500hr certified, have my CRP/AED/First Aid. I’m also certified in SUP Yoga and more. I am very passionate about using yoga to help my students with injury prevention, to add to their strength, balance, to help ease and calm their minds & bodies. I love working with everyone from athletes to beginners and everyone in between. I also really like to tailor make flows that will benefit each of my students for what they need at that time.
