With over 27 years of experience in coaching and training, I am committed to helping individuals achieve their highest potential in sports, fitness, and life. My background spans coaching basketball, football, and baseball at various competitive levels, as well as providing personal training and life coaching to foster confidence, discipline, and overall growth. My diverse experience also includes a strong foundation in computer systems engineering, which enhances my analytical approach to training and problem-solving.

Sports Training Expertise:

• Basketball Training: Specializing in shooting, ball handling, rebounding, agility, and passing. My tailored training programs help athletes develop comprehensive skills, improve court awareness, and build the confidence needed to excel.

• Football Training: Expertise in footwork, body control, strength, and conditioning for Linebackers, Running Backs, Receivers, Defensive Linemen, and Quarterbacks. I emphasize form and technique to boost performance and reduce the risk of injury.

• Baseball Training: Targeted skill development in batting, fielding, agility, and conditioning to refine techniques and enhance game performance.

Personal Training & Wellness:

With nearly 20 years of experience owning and operating Functional Strength and Sports-Specific Wellness Centers, I offer comprehensive personal training services focused on strength, endurance, agility, and proper form. My programs are designed to build physical resilience and promote a strong foundation of health and wellness.

Life Coaching Services:

I bring a unique blend of experience to life coaching, including:

• 21 years as an FAA Air Traffic Controller, where I honed my ability to remain composed under pressure and make critical decisions.

• Entrepreneurial expertise from owning and managing wellness centers and CrossFit facilities.

• Education in computer systems engineering, which supports my strategic, data-driven approach to coaching and personal development.
