Steven has devoted a lifetime to helping others and is continually honing his 'craft.' His passion for the game of baseball has only grown since becoming a team/skills coach for young players. It began as Assistant Coach, Arlington Senior Babe Ruth, Fall 2020. He was the manager for 12U St. James Lions NVTBL in 2021 and returned to coach for Arlington SBR in Fall 2021, as well Steven became the organization's first Strength & Conditioning Director.
