As a guitar instructor I have over ten years teaching guitar, music theory, and composition lessons to hundreds of students of all skill levels. Whether you're a complete beginner looking to start your journey with the guitar or even a seasoned professional looking to get a new perspective on the instrument my lessons are centered around your goals and personalized to fit your needs as a guitarist.
I have spent the last few years focused solely on teaching specialized online and in person guitar lessons to students al over the United States and Europe. On top of this I also work as a composer for various bands and companies. I wake up each day eager to teach and grow as a musician and I know I can help you do the same! Online via various platforms or in person we can smash your goals together!
I truly enjoy helping guitarists of all skill levels become the best that they can be at their instrument. Hearing about my students smashing their goals as well as providing guidance for people to have their breakthrough moments with the guitar and music theory.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I provide a relaxed, nonjudgemental, infinitely patient, and fun atpmoshere. I typically start by opening an honest dialogue with new students to find out where they are in their journey, their goals, and their biggest challenges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over ten years of experience working as a private guitar instructor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offer thirty minute and hour long lessons at a rate of $30/half hour $50/full hour. I also offer a discount if multiple lessons are booked.
How did you get started teaching?
In another lifetime I played in several touring bands. I used to teach students before performing in various cities all over the United States.i currently reside in Vermont teaching remotely as well as locally. I have also lived in Connecticut and Colorado and began teaching local students in those respective regions.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students as young as 8 and as old as 70. I have taught all levels and love working with anybody who shows a genuine interest in the guitar. I have taught students who are preparing to (successfully) audition for universities, seasoned professionals who wanted to brush up on their playing, folks who wanted to improve their songwriting, and many more!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Last year I had an opportunity to visit six continents in the span of about eleven months! It was an eye opening experience to get to see that much of the world!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Patience and consistency are key to anything including learning and mastering the guitar. Always be open minded and willing to learn. You will get out as much as you put in!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about what you are truly trying to accomplish as a guitarist/musician as well as your willingness to commit to the instrument.
