Our time together cold look like:

-long term regular sessions to meet your needs

- monthly tune ups to keep you on track

I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, yin, restorative, meditation and Myofascial Release. My business Sugarcane Yoga has been serving private clients since 2018. I am an experienced yoga teacher registered with yoga alliance (E-RYT 200).

Frequently asked questions

I have an initial conversation with the student and we go over the goals for the classes. I listen to their needs and offer what I think will fit based on what they say. If it's a good fit, I'll design an intial class based on what we've discussed. After the first class, we talk about how their needs were met, what they would like to change and adapt and we go from there.

I started teaching in yoga studios and private sessions in people's homes, then branched out to work in corporate settings and with seniors
All types! I've worked with a large variety of people in yoga studio settings. I've taught seniors for the past several years, some as old as 90. We used chairs and adaptive yoga. I work one on one with individuals, usually busy professionals and older individuals or people with some injuries or chronic conditions. Also people intimidated by going to group classes that want some one on one work. I've taught for large corporations, at hospitals, senior centers, apartment buildings, and online globally
Make sure you like the teacher! Do your needs seem like they match what the instructor can offer you? Do they have experience helping people with similar goals? Does this feel like someone you would enjoy working with?
What are you hoping to gain from your sessions? Do you have specific goals? Any injury or special accommodations? Are you looking for something short term or longer?
