FLY Yoga And Massage
About
I spent 20 years working professionally as an Actor, Director, Designer, and Union Stagehand. I have worked with some of the best educators, directors and actors in the Southeast. I will always do theatre and film for as long as I live. However, I'm a full-time single father and the entertainment world's schedule is not conducive to raising a child on your own. I discovered yoga 4 years ago and it changed my life, I grew a desire to help people heal and find purpose in life just as I have. Yoga lead me to Massage and I have taken the same dedication I have to my art and brought it to my skill as a therapist and instructor. The passion for theatre and film lead me to a great career, and yoga showed me the passion I didn't know I had to help people heal. So I bring my ability to communicate and share energy with an audience to my abilty to communitcate and share energy with each client. I bring the drive to learn my artistic craft into my drive to learn my healing craft.
As a massage therapist, I most enjoy the opportunity to connect with people who are in need or hurting and bring about some peace and healing in their bodies. I honor the trust my clients have in me to find the problems in their bodies and work to fix the restrictions and reduce their pain.
As an acting coach, I most enjoy the moments when my clients finally connect with their characters and for them it stops becoming "acting" and becomes more.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My tutoring and coaching rates are $75 for an hour.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should already be setting goals about where they want to be and be willing to accept expectations of those goals.
