I offer private healing sessions at your home or office, introducing a gentle floor-based restorative yoga, infused with hands on Reiki energy healing while in restorative poses. I am a certified Yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance, Usui and Shamballa Reiki certified, and crystal chakra healing certified. I also incorporate sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls.
My passion is to Help people overcome and manage their pain, depression, anxiety, traumas, and everyday stress, empowering people to take back control of their body and live a happy fulfilling abundant life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I come to your home or office so please have a quiet private space set aside for your healing session for at least 1 1/2 hours.
