Although I am a teacher, I am always a student first. I keep an open mind, and I am constantly learning. I practice with a beginner's mindset. My teaching style is playful and gentle. While there is a level of stillness and seriousness to any yoga practice, there also needs to be a balance of fun and a joyous connection!
I can customize a practice unique to your body, mind, and personal needs. I'm now also offering live personalized video chat sessions!

I am an experienced and insured yoga instructor. I have over 500 hrs of training from several amazing teachers over the years. I have been teaching for over a decade. I have taught various levels and styles of yoga in all types of settings, which includes private in-home sessions, yoga studios and body-building gyms, to assisted living facilities for seniors and memory care facilities.
I dabbled in yoga off and on during my teens and early adulthood. Then, in 2002, after the birthof my 2nd child, I developed herniated discs in my lower spine, as well as sciatica and nerve damage. The pain was so debilitating and immobilizing, it compromised my quality of life, as well as my family's. My doctor's only recommendation was surgery and medications, which I refused. I decided to seek out my own ways of healing. It was then that I found my first amazing yoga teacher, and committed to a regular yoga practice. It changed my life in so many ways. I came to yoga for healing my physical body, but the unexpected ways that yoga changedmy head and heart kept me there! <3
I've worked with students of all ages and fitness levels. I specialize in beginners, basis, therapeutics, and special populations. I currently teach chair yoga classes to seniors all over the valley.
