How did you get started teaching?
After 10+ years of physical and mental stress for my career and becoming a single mother, yoga has been a life changer and saver for me. This is what I was ment to do, before getting pulled into the back breaking work force. I went to yoga hoping to find some relief for my spinal curvage, wrist strains, and mental fatigue. I found all of that and so much more.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with corporate office workers, tattoo artist, dog groomers, substance abuse students, kids, othere yoga teachers, special needs students.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Currently I am co-working on setting up a yoga for pet adoption event. More details to come. ; )
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Every teacher is different, finding someone who is willing to dedicate the time for you and offer you specialized one on ones class is a wonderful gift that you deserve to give yourself or your loved ones. Building a bond and growing our community is important to our survival in today's up beat, high tech, fast pace world.
