Curves is designed to be different than any fitness center or gym. We help women transform their lives with exciting, effective programs.
All it takes is 30 minutes and there is always a Curves Coach to help you with form and push you to your personal best.
We are open Monday - Saturday. To schedule a free fitness consultation and tour the Casa Grande facility please give us a call at (520) 423-2458.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin with a health and fitness assesment with goal setting. The next step is to work with student/member for the first five work outs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Curves Coaches are certified by the Cleveland Clinic and many are Curves Coaches were members first so we truly understand our members.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Memebership is $39 a month with a 12 month draft. Classes and coaching are included.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a teacher/coach that will listen and understands what your goals are.
