I've been training clients of all ages and abilities for 20 years. I am able to modify or challenge clients based on need. I have worked with kids, adults and seniors. I'm trained in yoga, dance fitness, pilates, strength training, kids fitness and athletic training.
I love to help people achieve their goals whatever they may be. I get excited to see clients accomplish what they set out to do and strive for more.
