Diamond Life Yoga
About
I have been teaching yoga full time for 11 years. I graduated from the original hot yoga teacher training with Bikram's Yoga College of India in June, 2009 with over 500hrs of education and practice. Every class experience is different, every student is noticed and I offer support and challenge to all levels of practicioners. Human body is able to constantly improve and yoga helps us to not only improve muscles and bones, but also every system, organ, joint and major gland. This particular sequence of postures and breathing exercises is able to move the oxygen and blood flow to every part of the body. Specific focus is on knees and backs, the most vulnerable places in the body due to our modern lifestyles. Once you activate your central nervous system through spine and back exercises, you will also strengthen your connection between the brain and the body, improving your life quality and all other forms of activity.
