What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We are a level studio, what that means is you will always be with other clients that are within the same level of the Pilates Practice. We offer your first class at Pure Physique PilateZ as an Introductory; we give you a taste of everything we offer here at our studio. We give detail instructors on how our equipmen works, breathing and an overall body assessment during your introductory.
