Yoga Phoenix has been elevating and inspiring students and teachers since 1970. We teach Kundalini Yoga which will help you meet your highest potential and elevate you to balance mind, body, and soul through exercises, breathing, and meditations. All our intructors are certified Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan teachers. We offer classes everyday of the week. All classes can be attended by all levels.
