I have been teaching private and group classes since 2013. My private lessons are catered to the individual needs of my clients. Whether you have physical limitations due to pain or injury or you just want to be more confident and consistent in the physical practice of yoga, I'm here to help. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I do a detailed intake, including questions about physical health and personal goals. I then create a physical practice catered to their personal needs and lead them through exercises and breathing and provide any therapeutic touch like Thai massage and assisted stretching

200 hour yoga teacher training from Sumits yoga and the yoga alliance
