Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Working with a new client my frist question I ask before teaching or working with them in nutrition, is that is there any injuries or anything that I should know about inregards to your body. I like to evaluate the areas in your life you would like to change. Then asking the client what brought them to holistic health. Making the client feel safe and comfortable is my main priority at first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Holistic Nutrition, Wellness, and Health Coaching at Institue of Integrative Nutrition and completed my 200 hour teaching certificate at Southwest Institue of Healing Arts, Spirit of Yoga.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge 16 per person for group classes and 65 for a hour long private class.
How did you get started teaching?
My soccer playing days were suddenly cut short by a hip flexor injury sustained during practice. It was during this recuperative time that I truly began to appreciate the wonders of Yoga & Holistic Wellness. I found that changing my eating habits & practicing yoga regularly not only had a positive impact on my physical healing process, but also alleviated many symptoms of my anxiety.
