My favorite part about my work is that I get to bring peace to others. It makes me so happy to hold a sacred space for positive shifts and changes. When you do what you love, you never work a day in your life :)

I love the combination of yoga, meditation and sound healing. The instructor provided gentle hands on alignments which helped me to get the best stretches in the most gentle way. The meditation was comfortable and calming. After the class I felt calm, in the moment and optimistic. Thank-you! I definitely will be back with more friends.
