We start with the basics of "why" and "what" we are trying to achieve. Workouts will be written for accountability on both ends and I am always able to modify workouts or sessions to meet clients needs

All sessions are based on a case by case basis depending the want and need of the client. It will be a fixed rate per session but I am always willing to work with budgets and busking sessions to save.
