About
Personalized trainings based on personal strength and basketball skill development, while also giving the athlete the tools to mentally prepare for his or her level of competition.
I'm passionate about making those around me better. Basketball is my first love and I want to help those with the knowledge I have so they can pass it on to others as well.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always do a discounted first meeting where I can evaluate what the athlete needs to become stronger, faster and more skilled. This consultation also allows both myself and the athlete an opportunity to see if our personalities mesh and if we have similar goals and values.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of coaching in addition to 15+ years of playing in high school, college and at the semi-pro level.
Masters degree in Coaching and Exercise Science.
Head Coach for three AAU teams and current Head Coach for Ramona Convent Secondary School's Girls' Basketball.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, my pricing is based on how long a athlete wants to workout. Minimum time frame is 1hr and a two day minimum.
How did you get started teaching?
Started to personally train athletes seven years ago; I wanted to elevate both my methods in team coaching and personal training strategies. With time I was able to advance my players one by one to the point where I created a team that won their city championship.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages ranging from 7-40. Minimum skill and knowledge to very talented and just need some tweeking.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't hire a teacher or coach who's gonna do exactly what you want. Hire someone who's going to get you outside the box and propel you forward.
