About

I have over 40 years of experience and knowledge of the game of football, as a player and coach. I've been coaching football continuously, season in and out for the last 13 years. During the off season I provide strength, conditioning, and football fundamental training to local youth athletes in my area. Whether they be former players I've coached, returning players for our youth organization, or kids that just want to be ready for their upcoming football seasons. I love the game, it helped me gain confidence as a young person. Along with boxing and track, it allowed me to believe that I could do anything I put my mind to through a process of hard work and dedication. All of these things combined, helped me find my voice! I am a believer that fundamentals and proper technique are a strong foundation to build on, so that's what I stress to my players. Talent in physical sports can only get you so far, the rest of your path must rely on mastering how you blend your talent with technique to take your ability to the next level.

    I use a very simple and direct approach. Fundamentals are priority one. Achieving short term goals are important for reaching whatever the students long term goal is. With patience and persistence I can and will help the student become a better player and a better student of the game..

    I was a player in my youth and all the way through high school. I started as an assistant coach in 2012. I studied football using the USA football website and tools from the website to become a better coach over the years. As a profession, I work with school age child every day as a coach and mentor. Each year as a youth coach we are required to recertify through USA Football, and there are many tools ( Videos of new technique training and development ) at our disposal.
    My pricing is competitive, and based on a HOUR AND A HALF ( 90 Minute ) workout, not an hour $50 a session. Discounted prices can be discussed if you like my service and want to book more than one session.
    As a parent of athlete, in the early days I was,, how I put this? I was a little vocal on the sidelines at practice and from the stands at games. One evening I was put to task by a coach saying, " If you really have something to say and want to contribute to the organization, become a coach! ", and the rest is history!
    I've worked with kids as young as 6 years old all the way up to 15 years of age. I've worked with first time players, and I've worked with special needs athletes!

    Student should first think about what the end goal is. Don't just do what you've seen someone else do. Establish what your goals are and work towards your goal, your path may be entirely different as you are your own person. There is no one size fits all on a athletic journey.
