Be Your True Self -Flora Frontini Yoga Teacher-
About
During my class I love to share my knowledge about yoga and the Yoga Sutras. I focus on alignment and achiving strengh and in consequence flexibility, therefore I use and incurage the use of props like blocks, straps or bolsters. When I teach I tend to do adjustments too and I include meditation at the beginning or at the end of the practice.
Yoga became a part of me and complitely changed my life in positive. I believe that I can help people to find their own long lasting happiness by helping them to connect to their true self.

Be very clear on what you expect from your privates, what you like and don't like and remember that yoga it is a process: you won't see result after one class but with practice and dedication you will for sure. Alwaysbe honest about any kind of condition of injuries you might have, before or during practice too, or about your yoga level: you can really hurt yourself deeply if you just follow your ego. :)
