What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have mastered Karata as Black belt (intensly trained).
Judo for three years as mandatory class while in high school.
Shorinji Kempo for three years.
Dealing with many bullies and developed self defense on street.
Now teaching martial arts and body conditioning for Self Defense and Fitness purpose for 8 years.
